摘要
为精确计算永磁直线同步电机的推力和垂直力 ,同时减小计算量和积分路径对计算结果的影响 ,对 Maxwell张量法进行了改进和优化 ,以提高计算精度 ;指出沿积分方向通过单元中心线的积分路径为最佳 ,计算精度最高。用Fortran 77编写了计算永磁同步直线电机推力和垂直力的后置处理模块 ,并利用该模块分析了永磁同步直线电机的静态推力和垂直力特性。对此方法的可扩展性进行了讨论 。
Accuracy of the calculation of the thrust and normal force in permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was increased while the calculation time was decreased by using the optimized Maxwell tensor method with isoparametric quadrilateral finite elements. The discrete formulas were presented and optimized to improve numerical accuracy and reduce the integral path sensitivity. The contour across the middle of the elements were founded to be the best integral path with the highest numerical accuracy. The post processing module to calculate the thrust and normal force of the PMSLM was programmed in F77 language, to study the thrust and normal force characteristics. The method could be suitable for calculating the thrust and the normal force for other kinds of linear motors.
