摘要
利用matlab/simulink软件,用框图和子系统封装的方法建立铁道车辆线性动力学模型。在路面激励作用下,经过仿真测得车体及转向架在正常运行和悬挂故障时不同的振动加速度响应,重点分析了在垂向一、二系悬挂故障时,检测信号在时域和频域上各自具有的故障统计特性,同时考查了不同位置悬挂故障叠加、轨道随机不平顺和车辆运行速度对数字特征的影响,并提出以振动加速度统计特性来判别悬挂故障的方法。
A lifiear dynamic model of railway vehicles, which adopts the method of block diagram and subsys-tem package, is firstly established in the matlab/simulink software. Under the effect of road excitation, the vibrating accelerations of body and bogie are then separately measured in normal and ineffective operations of suspension by simulation. For the first or second series of suspension malfunctions, the detectable signal has its own statistical characteristics in failure. The study shows that the superposition of different locations' failed sus-pension, random irregularity on rail and train' s velocity have an effect on digital characteristics. Finally, the pa-per also puts forward a method of determining suspension failure based on statistical characteristics of vibrating acceleration.
