摘要
水利工程建设项目档案是指在工程建设活动中形成的具有归档保存价值的各种载体、各种形式的历史记录。做好水利工程建设期的档案管理工作不仅能够科学指导工程的建设,对工程建成后的生产管理、日常维护、改建、扩建也发挥着举足轻重的作用。针对目前水利工程建设期档案管理方面存在的问题,剖析了引发这些问题的主要原因,从建立和完善水利工程档案管理制度等方面,提出进一步提高水利工程建设期档案管理质量的对策,对以后水利工程档案管理有一定的参考借鉴作用。
The archives of water conservancy projects can be defined as valuable records, including documents, photographs, audios and radios, forming during the construction of water conservancy projects. Well - managed archives can contribute not only to guiding the scientific construction of wa- ter conservancy projects, but also to playing an important role for the management, maintenance, re- construction and extension of these projects. This paper analized the problems existing in the current archive management. The measures to further improving the archive management of water conservancy projects were illustrated. It could be used as a reference to inform the scientific archive management of other water conservancy projects.
