摘要
istar大鼠自然群体中 ,以心温度不同 ,筛选出寒体、热体、常体等体质模型 ,以微量元素检测结合能量代谢、激素水平以及DNA修复等多因子多元素同步分析 ,作体质差异的机理探索。结果表明 ,寒体热体动物锌、铁、铜、溴、钾含量均有差异。上述微量元素有关的Na+ -K+ ATP酶活性、T3、T4 及孕酮含量、外周淋巴细胞DNA修复及增殖均降低。为匡氏体质学说提供了实验依据。
Constitutional models of rats with cold,warm and normal body were formed from Wistar rats in the natural group according to the metatarsal temperature.The mechanism of constitutional difference was studied by means of trace elements examination combined with the synchronous multiple factors and multiple elements analysis of energy metabolism,hormone level and DNA repair.The result showed that the rat of cold and warm body were different in the content of zinc,iron,copper,bromine and potassium.Decrease was found in Na +-K +-ATP enzymatic activity,T 3,T 4 and pregnendione content as well as the repair and muliplication of peripheral lymphocytic DNA.This research has provided experimental evidence for Kuangs craseology.
