四君子汤对可复性肠梗阻模型兔梗阻解除后肠道功能的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Sijunzi Decoction on Intestinal Function after Relieving Obstruction of Rabbit with Recoverability Intestinal Obstruction Model

摘要 目的观察肠梗阻解除后中药四君子汤对兔肠道运动和吸收功能的影响。方法将36只大耳白兔分为正常对照组(n=6),假手术组(n=6)和模型组,模型组可复性肠梗阻模型建立成功后48 h解除肠梗阻,分别予生理盐水与中药四君子汤灌胃,分为自然恢复48 h(S48 h)组(n=6)、自然恢复96 h(S96 h)组(n=6)、中药治疗48 h组(T48 h)组(n=6)及中药治疗96 h(T96 h)组(n=6)。在梗阻解除后48、96 h处死动物,处死前30 min、2 h分别注入活性炭混悬液(20 ml/kg)及10%D-木糖溶液(0.6 g/kg),测定、观察各组炭末推进率、小肠D-木糖含量及小肠上皮病理改变。结果中药治疗组小肠黏膜上皮细胞的修复程度明显好于同时段自然恢复组。肠梗阻解除后,S48 h、T48 h、S96 h组炭末推进率与正常对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。在梗阻解除后的相应时段内,中药治疗组炭末推进率、D-木糖吸收水平比自然恢复组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤对肠梗阻解除后肠运动及吸收功能恢复有明显的促进作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Sijunzi decoction on enteric movement and absorptive function after relieving intestinal obstruction in utilizing recoverability intestinal obstruction model. Methods The laboratory rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups including control group (Count) , sham operated group (Sham) and Model group (6 in each). Rabbits in model group were made into steady controllable model of mechanical complete intestinal obstruction and naturally recovered after 48 hours. Rabbits underwent intragastric administration with physiological saline and Sijunzi decoction respectively and divided into spontaneous recovery 48 hours group ( S48 h) , spontaneous recovery 96 hours group (S96 h) , treatment of Sijunzi decoction 48 hours group (T48 h) and T96 h group (6 in each). Rabbits were put to death after relieving intestinal obstruction. Insta-Char (20 ml/kg) and 10% D-Xylose solutions were injected respectively on 30 minute and 2 hours before death. Carbo Medicinalis propulsion rates of each group, D-xylose in small intestinal absorption and the pathological changes of small intestine were observed and been compared with those in control group and sham operated group. Results Repair of small intestinal epithelial cells by Chinese Medicines was significantly better than that in natural recovery group of the same period. After relieving intestinal obstruction the level of Carbo Medicinalis propulsion rates in S48 h, T48 h, S96 h groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; at the same period Carbo Medicinalis propulsion rate and D-xylose in small intestinal absorption in Chinese Medicine treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Sijunzi decoction can efficiently restore the intestinal movement function and intestinal absorption function after relieving obstruction.
