摘要
针对复杂弯曲问题 ,提出了“状态属性”的概念 ,建立了“状态坐标”算法 ,从而有效地降低了计算的复杂程度 .应用“状态坐标”算法 ,以纯弯曲为例 ,对循环加载下的弯曲应力和回弹变化规律进行了分析计算 ,得到了一些有意义的现象和结果 .计算过程表明 ,“状态坐标”算法简捷易行 ,通用性好 .理论计算结果与实验结果的对比分析表明 ,此算法达到了一定的工程精度 ,有很好的实用价值 .
An algorithm is developed to calculate the stress distribution and springback in complex sheet metal bending. Emphasis is put on the cyclic loading problem. It is easy to apply and proved to be effective.
