摘要
本文阐述了在恶劣的工业生产环境中对温场分布监测时采用成象光谱法的理由;创造性地将成象光谱、数字图像处理方法和面阵CCD成象技术有机地结合在一起,通过合理的装置设计,研制出全炉膛火焰温度场分布监测装置;在对黑体的标定中得到预期结果,并在现场测量中取得满意的结果。
The reasons for using imaging spectroscopy to measure temperature distribution under hash industrial production environment is explained. We creatively synthesize the imaging spectroscopy, computer digital image processing and the area CCD imaging technology, and after reasonable apparatus design, a testing system for whole furnace flame temperature distribution was set up. The expected experimental results in the calibration of our system by black body and satisfied results in industrial measurements have been achived.
