Cypher支架极晚期血栓形成致血管慢性闭塞1例报告

Chronic total occlusion induced by very late thrombosis in Cypher stent: a case report

摘要 1病例资料患者,男性,40岁,2009年11月因＂急性下壁心肌梗死＂在外院急诊行冠状动脉造影术,造影显示：右冠状动脉主干中远段次全闭塞,可见血栓影;左冠状动脉未见明显狭窄。遂给予球囊扩张后,于右冠状动脉中远段发出左室后支前串联植入Cypher支架3.5mm×33mm、3.5mm×13mm共2枚,术后规律服用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、辛伐他汀、单硝酸异山梨酯等药物。
