摘要
通过将理论分析、道路试验和室内台架试验结果进行比较,研究了串列式双管路液压制动系单路漏损对汽车制动性能的影响。系统地探讨了这种制动系单路漏损时制动效能下降、制动系响应时间增加、制动方向稳定性下降等的变化趋势及其原因。
Based on theoretical analysis, road driving tests and bench tests, the paper studies effects of breakdown of one of the liquid pipelines for braking system with tandem master cylinder on the braking performance. The paper also discusses the tendency and causes of decreasing braking efficiency, increasing brake lag, decreasing stability and controllability in driving direction, when one pipe of two liquid pipes is defected. Finally, an improved construction of braking master cylinder is presented.
