摘要
借用塑料模ＣＡＥ分析软件Ｃ－ＭＯＬＤ分析了红旗轿车装饰板左右支柱在成型过程中和实际装车中所遇到的问题及其原因，并提出相应的解决办法。
With the increasingly extensive applications of plastics in automotive industry, we gradually know that the actual loading conditions are one of the main factors, which we should consider during processing plastic parts. This paper presents one example through the study on the injection molding of trimming board for Hong Qi car, and introduces some methods to solve this problem by use of CAE tools.
