大剂量口服盐酸羟考酮治疗癌性疼痛1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，54岁，于2006年6月出现无明显诱因的下腹部疼痛，7月行剖腹探查术，术中发现右侧输尿管中段有“花生米粒”大小肿块，行右肾＋右侧输尿管＋右侧1／3膀胱切除术。术后病理诊断为尿路上皮癌，Ⅱ级。术后2个月化疗行予丝裂霉素＋白介素2膀胱灌注2个周期，其后随访。2009年11月出现右下肢疼痛，骨扫描示右侧第11肋及右髂骨转移瘤，行右髂骨放疗，剂量为30Gy／10f，并予唑来膦酸治疗，效果欠佳。
