The open-circuit voltage of crystalline silicon solar cells at weak illumination

摘要 本文讨论了弱光下影响晶体硅太阳电池的开路电压的主要因素 。 Main factors, which affect the open circuit voltage of crystalline silicon solar cells at weak illumination, were discussed in this paper. To increase the open circuit voltage of crystalline silicon solar cells at weak illumination the shunt resistance of the solar cells must be increased firstly.
