摘要
从Fe -N相图中各相的形成条件入手 ,提出了减少白层至最低限度和控制白层的相组成是有无脆性的决定因素。依据化学动力学原理和内扩散理论 ,研制成功了无脆性快速气体渗氮新工艺。该工艺已在实际生产中得到成功的应用 ,可缩短渗氮时间 1/ 2~ 2 / 3 ,使工件达到无脆性 。
On the basis of the condition of forming different phase in Fe N phase diagram,the authors present a new idea i.e. reducing white layer to the lesat and controlling its phase composition are important factors to determine whether brittleness occurs.And according to chemical dynamics principle and internal diffusion theory,the non brittle rapid nitriding is developed.This process can reduce the white layer and accelerate nitriding.It has been successfully used in production,with nitriding time reduced by 1/2~2/3,non brittel parts and the fatigue strength of parts.
