摘要
探讨了采用溶胶-凝胶法和碳热还原法相结合制备SiC陶瓷超细粉体工艺中的碳源种类、水的加入量、草酸的加入量、制备温度等因素对胶凝时间、粉体的颗粒度、纯度的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明:采用此工艺条件制备的SiC超细粉体粒径小于35nm,纯度大于98%,近似于球形。
Oxalic acid addition amount, the temperature of preparation and other factors in the the preparation of the ultya--fine powder of SiC with sol--gel and carbon heat reduction method to the time of gel, powder particles degrees and purity. Confirm the Optimal processing parameters. The result shows that the ultya--fine powder of SiC which is made by such process conditions,the particle size is less then 35 nm, the purity is more than 98% ,approximate spherical.
