摘要
1 999年河南省大学生健美操比赛设规定套路和自选套路 ,本文对规定套路和自选套路比赛中的一些特点和存在的问题进行了粗浅的分析 ,并就如何提高大学生健美操水平提出了相应的建议 .
The 1999 Henan college student aerobic exercise competition is the one with compulsory and optional exercises. In this paper, the characteristics and the existing problems of the compulsory and optional exercise are analyzed, and relative suggestions are given on how to improve the level of college student aerobic exercise.
