摘要
基于产业可持续发展的角度,文章运用数据包络分析方法的C2R模型和BC2模型,构建包括3个投入指标、4个产出指标的城市产业结构的评估指标体系,应用DEAP 2.1软件对新疆绿洲产业结构优化进行了评估分析。研究结果表明:从综合效率来看,新疆自2002年以来综合效率值基本都小于1,产业发展处于无效率的状态,投入产出不平衡。从规模收益变化趋势来看,2007年后新疆绿洲呈现出规模收益递减的趋势。
Based on the perspective of industrial sustainable development, this paper uses the C2R model and BC： model of data envelopment analysis method, construction of 3 inputs and 4 output indicators of city industrial structure evaluation index system, evaluated optimization of industrial structure in Xinjiang oasis application of DEAP2.1 software. The results showed： since 2002 the overall efficiency values were lower than 1 of Xinjiang from the view of comprehensive efficiency, industrial development in the inefficient state, the input-output imbalance. From the view of returns to scale change trend, showing atrend of decreasing returns to scale after 2007 year in Xinjiang oasis.
