摘要
利用《机器人装配系统的精度分析》一文中所得出的结果 ,并以SRX - 4型SCARA机器人对摩托车气门的装配为例 ,采用蒙特卡洛模拟法分析了装配系统精度对装配成功率的影响 。
Utilizing the result obtained from our paper 《Accuracy analysis of robotic assembly system》 and taking the assembly of gas valve of motorcycle made by the SRX 4 typed SCARA robot as an example this paper analyzed the influence of accuracy of robotic assembly system on the assembly success probability by adopting Montecarlo simulation method.The result of test verified the correctness of the obtained conclusion.
