摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在重症胰腺炎患者持续胃肠减压中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年7月～2011年11月于本院进行持续胃肠减压的78例重症胰腺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(实施常规护理)和观察组(实施舒适护理)各39例,比较两组患者护理前及护理后3d、7 d的POMS量表、睡眠质量、自我感觉舒适度及满意率。结果:观察组护理后3 d及7 d的POMS量表、睡眠质量和自我感觉舒适度评分、患者满意率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在改善重症胰腺炎患者持续胃肠减压期间的情绪状态、睡眠质量及舒适度均有积极的作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To study the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated with continuous gastrointestinal decompression.Methods：78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated with continuous gastrointestinal decompression in our hospital from July 2009 to November 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing group）and observation group（comfort nursing group） with 39 cases in each group,then the POMS score,sleep quality,self-perception comfortable degree before and after the nursing at third and seventh day and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.Results：The POMS score,sleep quality and self-perception comfortable degree of observation group after the nursing at third and seventh day were all better than those of control group,the satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The comfortable nursing plays an active role in improving the emotional state,sleep quality and comfortable degree of patients with severe acute pancreatitis during continuous gastrointestinal decompression,and it is widely welcomed to patients.
