摘要
建立了一种新的描述切屑三维卷曲的数学模型。在该数学模型中 ,用上卷、侧卷和扭卷描述切屑的形状 ;将作用于切屑上的力矩分解为 3个分量 ,指出任一方向的力矩分量的增加 (减少 )将使切屑在相同方向的卷曲增加 (减少 )。所提出的模型和方法可有效地用于分析三维槽型的几何形状对切屑卷曲的影响。
A new mathematical model is presented that has improved Nakayama's model by use of three dimensional perpendicular coordinate system instead of the two dimensional coordinate system and conducting out a series of new equations.In the new model,the chip forms are described by up curl,side curl and twist curl.The moment applied on the chip is resolved to three components along the coordinate axis and it is thought that any increase of the components will increasing the component of the chip curl in the same direction.The new model can be effectively used to analyse the influence of the form of three dimensional chip breaker on the chip curls.The new mathematical model has been verified by the experiments.
