摘要
针对西安市物流业发展现状，采用面板数据，应用Malmquist--DEA方法，对西安市物流业技术进步的影响因素进行分析。发现2006-2010年间西安市物流业技术进步的变动不大，但物流业生产率得到提高；固定资产投资使技术进步指数下降；从业人数的投入得到有效利用，促使西安市物流业技术进步保持了增长的发展趋势；西安市政府财政支出的利用率严重不足。西安市物流业技术进步有待进一步的发展。
This paper applied DEA-Malmquist index approach to measure the development of technical progress of Xian＇s logistics iudustry and its influence factors with panel data, according to present situation of Xian＇s logistics industry. The main conclusions are as follows. From 2006 to 2010, the technical progress of Xian＇s logistics industry had a little change, but the productivity of the logistics industry was improved. Investment in fixed assets made technological progress index decreased. The investment of the employees got to be used effectively, the technical progress of Xian＇s logistics industry maintaining a growth trend. The utilization of government financial expenditure had a serious shortage in Xi＇an. The technical progress of Xian＇s logistics industry needs to be further developed.
