摘要
介绍了免疫反馈原理,设计出相应的免疫PID控制器,并用BP网络构建出该控制器的抗体抑制调节函数。将该控制器应用于YH10-4000等温锻造液压机锻头速度伺服系统的控制中,并利用Matlab/Simulink对其控制性能进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该控制器有良好的自适应性和鲁棒性,其控制性能优于传统的PID控制器,可满足等温锻造液压机锻头对速度的高控制要求。
The principle of immune feedback is introduced and the corresponding immune PID controller is designed and antibody inhibition and adjust function of the controller is built via BP network.Applied in the control over forging head speed servo system of YH10-4000 isothermal forging hydraulic press,the controller has good self-adaptability and robustness control performance of which is better than that of traditional PID controller by means of syetem simulation in Matlab/Simulink and high requirement of control over the speed of forging head of isothermal forging hydraulic press can be met.
