摘要
基于轮齿等弯曲应力,应用有限元方法对阶梯参数的匹配关系进行优化,提出设计用的选择图表和经验公式;建立齿轮传动等强度优化模型;分析双渐开线齿轮的螺旋角系数和接触线系数,提出了新型齿轮弯曲应力的计算公式。
Design method for DIGLST (double involute gear with ladder shape teeth) having the equal bending be is adduced, and the maching relationship between ladder fartors y and l* is optimized by FEM, and the choice table and empirical formul for laddr factors design are also Provided. Arithmetic optimizing model is construted for gear trasmission with equal strength. The arithmetic for bbending be of DIGLST is Presented after the coefficients of helix angle and contact lines are analyzed by 3-D FEM.
