摘要
目的了解不同类型精神卫生机构内长期住院者的患病情况。方法对北京市朝阳区3家精神卫生机构内随机抽取的196例长期住院(住院时间≥1年)患者进行调查,了解其患病情况。结果 3家机构的长期住院者的年龄结构、性别分布、疾病严重程度、伴躯体病情况、本次住院时间有显著差异。结论不同性质和级别的精神卫生机构中长期住院者的基本情况和疾病状况不同,通过多样化的医疗、护理、康复手段,保护患者的社会功能,减少和延缓残疾的发生。
Objective To know the disease condition on long-stay patients of different types of mental health institutions. Methods One hundred and ninety-six long-stay patients （length of stay≥1 year） in the three mental health institutions in Chaoyang district of Beijing city were investigated in order to know their disease condition. Results There were significant differences in the age structure, sex distribution, severity of disease, complications situation and length of stay of three mental health agencies. Conclusion Long-stay patients of mental health institutions with different nature and level have different basic situations and the disease status, the social ability of patients are protected by diversification of the medical, nursing and recovery measures in order to reduce and delay the occurrence and development of disease.
