摘要
目的研究CT引导下经皮臭氧髓核消融结合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选择本院2008年6月～2010年6月在CT定位下应用臭氧髓核消融结合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病患者80例。应用日本整形外科学会(Japanese Orthopedic Association,JOA)神经根型颈椎病疗效评定标准对患者术后1周和6个月疗效进行评价。结果优43例,良23例,可9例,差5例。优良率达82.5%。结论 CT定位下臭氧髓核消融结合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病操作简便,痛苦小,疗效可靠,副作用较小。
Objective To study the CT guided ozone combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods In our hospital from June 2008 to June 2010 in CT positioning using ozone combined with cervical traction in the treatment of 80 cases with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.The application of Japanese Orthopedic Association,JOA cervical spondylotic radiculopathy curative effect evaluation criteria for patients after one week and six months to evaluate the curative effects.Results Fourty three cases were excellent,23 cases were good,9 cases were passable,and poor in 5 cases.The excellent and good rate was 82.5%.Conclusion CT positioning with ozone combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has the advantages of simple operation,less pain,reliable curative effect,less side effect.
