摘要
为了解低温-干旱(涝)交叉适应对小麦抗寒性的影响,以抗寒性不同的东农冬麦1号、济麦22和龙麦26为材料,采用田间盆栽及小区种植两种栽培方式,在三叶期进行7种不同土壤水分处理,分蘖期按大气自然降温分段取样地下茎,分析其可溶性糖含量等生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,轻旱显著提高了不同低温条件下地下茎可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及小麦返青率,降低了地下茎的相对电导率。表明适度干旱处理可诱导小麦对低温胁迫的交叉适应性,该适应性与渗透调节及活性氧清除能力增强有关。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of cross adaptation of low temperature and drought or waterlogging on cold resistance of wheat.Wheat cultivars of Dongnongdongmai 1,Jimai 22 and Longmai 26 were used as experimental materials.The three cultivars were planted in field condition and treated with seven soil water content(serious waterlogging,middle waterlogging,light waterlogging,light drought,middle drought and serious drought) at three leaves stage,and subterranean stem were sampled at tillering stage while minimum temperature was at 0~-10℃,-10~-20℃ and-20~-30℃ in the winter to,determine the cold resistance by analyzing physio-biochemical indexes in the stem under soil surface.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugars,soluble protein and proline,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and reviving rate of light drought-low temperature were higher than that of other drought or waterlogging-low temperature treatments.The relative electric conductivity of light drought-low temperature treatment were lower than that of other drought or waterlogging-low temperature treatments.It suggested that proper drought stress could induce the cross adaptation to low temperature in wheat,and the adaptation might related to the observed increase in osmoregulation capability and active oxygen scavenging system.
