The features of knowledge economy and its influences on manufacturing were analysed. We discuss the main technologies and organization pattern in knowledge economy era, the emphasis is placed on the core architecture of future enterprise organization pattern of manufacturing——Virtual Organic Whole, Internet based Tel Design and Tel Manufacturing.
