摘要
在对菲涅尔透镜聚光倍率测试系统的研究过程中,提出了一种基于光—电—光信号转换的测试方法。首先硅光电池将光信号转换成电信号,并被LabVIEW软件采集,采集到的电信号根据硅光电池的光电转换标定关系还原为光信号,最后基于菲涅尔透镜聚光前后光信号强度的不同去评估镜面上各处的聚光倍率。实验研究表明:该系统具有结构简单、使用方便、测试效果良好等特点,在太阳能聚光测试领域将会有广阔的应用前景。
In the research process of concentration ratio of Fresnel lens testing system,a method based on signal conversion of light-electricity-light is proposed.The silicon photocell changes the light signal into electrical signal,and it is collected by the LabVIEW software.Then the electrical signal is converted into light signal according to the light-electricity conversion calibration relationship of photocell.Finally the difference of light signal strength of before and after focusing is used to estimate the everywhere concentration ratio of Fresnel lens.The result shows that the system has simple structure,convenient to operation,good testing effect and broad application prospects in the concentration testing area of solar energy.
