摘要 旋转盘形齿轮曾因横向振动而多次出现过断裂故障。本文建立了盘形齿轮横向振动的微分方程 ,分别用数值分析和试验研究的方法对盘形齿轮的横向振动进行了研究 ,提出了齿轮行波自激振动的概念 。 The fracture failures occurred time and again in the disk shaped gears because of the transverse vibration. The differential equation of the transverse vibration of disk shaped gears has derived, and the transverse vibration of disk shaped gears was studied separately by numerical methods and experimental means. Finally, a new concept of traveling wave self excited vibration of disk shaped gears was suggested to explain properly the fracture failures of disk shaped gears.
