摘要
作为高端技能型专门人才培养的重要基地,高职院校实验实训室的建设对人才培养质量起到了极其重要的作用。高职院校实验实训室的建设应紧紧围绕人才培养目标,以专业人才培养方案、课程体系及课程教学大纲为依据,在加强实验实训设备与设施的硬件条件建设的同时,也要加强职场氛围、师资队伍、教学方法与手段、管理体制等方面的内涵建设,使高职院校实训室成为融教学、培训、技能鉴定、科研开发和生产服务多种功能为一体的实践教学平台。
As a high-end skills-based specialized personnel training base, the construction of the experimental and training room in vocational colleges plays an extremely important role in the quality of personnel training. Its construction should closely focus on personnel training objectives, based on professional personnel training programs, curriculum system and syllabus, and strengthen the connotation construction of workplace atmosphere, faculty, teaching method and means, management system when strengthening the hardware conditions of experimental training equipment and facilities, making experimental and training room in vocational colleges become the practical teaching platform of multiple functions of integrating teaching, training, skills identification, research and development as well as production service.
