摘要
分析了ZF3000-25/16型放顶煤液压支架在镇城底矿现场使用时存在的问题,提出了对液压支架局部结构进行改进,即在顶梁与掩护梁搭接处增设挡煤(矸)板,对活动前梁箱体及滑道结构、前梁千斤顶及其支座进行改进,在支架顶板下方增设设备起吊环,并对支架后立柱上连接销支撑结构进行改进。支架改进后,整体结构更趋于合理,故障进一步减少,创造了良好的社会经济效益。
Analyzes the existing problems of ZF3000 -25/16 type top coal caving hydraulic support when used in the field of Zhenehengdi coal mine, puts forward which hydraulic support local structure is improved, namely in the lap joint of top beam and covering beam added blocking coal (gangue) plate, to active front beam box, slide struc- ture, former beam jack and its bearing carries out improvement, below the support roof added equipment hoisting ring, the connecting pin supporting structure on rear pillar of the support carries out improvement. After the support improved, the whole structure is more reasonable, further reduces the fault and creates good social and economic benefits.
