摘要
目的探讨促进神经源性膀胱功能恢复和重建及缩短训练时间的有效方法，提高患者的生活质量。方法将本中心2008年6月～2011年9月收治的102例神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者按入院时间分为2组，对照组采用常规的膀胱训练方法，实验组在常规膀胱训练的同时配合手法治疗，每日1-2次，分别于0d、15d、30d、60d、90d比较患者的自主排尿、出现不稳定膀胱、充盈性尿失禁、尿路感染、残余尿量等的例数，所得数据处理与分析采用SPSSl3．0统计软件进行x^2检验。结果实验组在自主排尿、充盈性尿失禁、残余尿量等方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论手法治疗配合膀胱功能训练能增加患者的依从性，缩短膀胱功能重建的时间，有效帮助神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者早期建立易于接受的膀胱管理模式，让患者能及早回归家庭、回归社会。
Objective To investigate the promotion of neurogenic bladder function recovery and reconstruction and effective way to shorten the training time and improve patients＂ quality of life. Methods From June 2008 to September 2011, 102 neurogenic bladder dysfunction patients in our center were divided into two groups according to admission time. The control group received conventional methods of bladder training, while the experimental group additionally giving manual therapy 1-2 times per day. Compare the cases of automatic bladder, unstable bladder, filling urinary incontinence, urinary tract infection, residual urine volume at 0d, 15d, 30d, 60d, 90d, the data processing and analysis using statistical software SPSS13.0 with X2 test. Results The experimental group were better than control group in automatic bladder, filling urinary incontinence and residual urine volume, differences have statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Manual therapy with bladder training can increase patient compliance, reduce the time of bladder function reconstruction, help the patients to build an acceptable mode for neurogenic bladder disfunction management , so that the patient can return to the family and sociaty as soon as possible.
