摘要
从劳动力、市场凝聚、农业产业支持体系等方面分析了海峡两岸农业资本一体化影响因素,并从提高劳动力素质、发挥市场凝聚作用、建立健全农业产业支持体系、加强经贸交流与完善政策法规制度、提高产业地区转移和产业结构变化的效应等方面,提出加快海峡两岸农业资本一体化进程的对策建议。
The paper analyzed the factors affecting the agricultural capital integration between two sides across Tai- wan Strait from the resources of labor force, market cohesion, and supporting systems of agricultural industry. And the countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural capital integration between two sides across Taiwan Strait were put forward from improving the quality of the labor forces, giving full play to the role of market cohe- sion, perfecting the supporting system of agricultural industry, strengthening the economic trade and perfecting the policies, and enhancing the effects on regional transfer of industries and on changes of industrial structure.
