影响油脂消化吸收的饲料乳化剂作为饲料添加剂已经越来越广泛地应用到饲料工业中。本文根据乳化剂的作用机理，对饲料乳化剂的选择进行综合阐述，希望能为饲料生产企业的技术人员，在选择饲料乳化剂时提供建议和帮助。
