摘要
在75硅铁单一复合铋、锑、钙、锶、钡、锆、铝、锰孕育的基础上,选择含砷、锡、铅、钛球墨铸铁多元复合孕育剂的组元。利用正交设计对多元复合孕育剂的组成进行了优化组合。通过断面均匀性试验和孕育衰退试验检验了多元复合孕育的效果。
On the basis of inoculation of 75SiFe single compound inoculant with Bi,Sb,Ca,Sr,Ba,Zr,Aland Mn, the components of multiple compound inoculant of As,Sn,Pb and Ti spheroidal graphite cast iron have been selected.A kind of optimum combination of the multiple compound inoculant has been made up with the help of orthogonal array (L8(27)).Inoculating effects of the inoculant have been evaluated by experiments of section sensitiveness and inoculation fading.
