摘要
利用Formastor Digital全自动相变测量仪 ,测定了S7钢退火用CCT曲线和TTT曲线。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜 ,研究了不同退火工艺产生的显微组织。结果表明 :加热温度为 810~830℃ ,以 15~ 30℃ /h冷却 ,碳化物颗粒尺寸为 369~ 335nm时 ,钢的硬度为 179~ 181HB。
The TTT diagram and the CCT diagram on annealing of S7 steel were determined by means of full automatic transformation testing instrument (Formastor\|Digital).By means of SEM and TEM,the microstructure and carbide of the annealing process were studied.The result shows that the carbid particles spheriodized fully and the softening can be gotten heating at 810~830℃, and cooling at 15~30℃/h.
