摘要
高锰钢的优良性能使其在耐磨领域中的应用有着重要地位,但在热处理过程中难以保证要求的金相组织,并容易引起脱碳、晶粒长大、裂纹和变形。通过调整铸态高锰钢中碳、锰含量以及微量元素含量,改善其组织和力学性能,是解决高锰钢铸态下使用的有效方法。
High manganese steel occupies an important position in application of wear resistant because of its good properties, but it is rather difficult to obtain expected metallographic structures, but also decar-bonizazion , grain coarsening , crack and deformation often occur in the heat treatment. Through adjusting the content of carbon and manganese and micro-alloy elements, improving structures and mechanical properties of as-cast high manganese steel, this is the effective way to resolve using in as-cast high manganese steel.
