不同负载量对库尔勒香梨光合效率和叶绿体超微结构的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Different Loading Capacity on Photosynthetic Efficiency and Chloroplasts Ultra-structure in Korla Fragrant Pear

摘要 以10a生、20a生的库尔勒香梨树为试验材料,在不同果实负载量处理下测定叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量、淀粉含量及叶绿体超微结构的观察,综合分析了不同负载量对库尔勒香梨光合效率的影响。结果表明,2种树龄在高负载量下叶片光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和淀粉含量均高于低负载量。果实高负载量条件下,叶绿体的数量和叶绿体的大小均高于低负载量,适当增加库尔勒香梨的负载量有助于提高叶片的光合效率。 The leaf net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpi- ration rate, chlorophyll content, starch content and chloroplast ultrastructure were observed under the treatments of different fruit loading capacity,by using 10 year-old and 20 years-old Korld Fragrant Pear as the test materials, also the comprehensive analysis was carried out on the effect of different loading capacity on photosynthetic efficiency of Korla Fragrant Pear. The results showed that the leaf photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and starch content were bigger in high fruit loading capacity than in low fruit loading capacity in 10 years-old and 20 years-old Korla Fragrant Pear. Both the quantity and volume of the chloroplast in high fruit loading capacity were higher than that in low fruit loading capacity under the conditions of high loading capacity of the fruit. So, the appropriate addition of loadjing capacity of Korla Fragrant Pear was conductive to improving the leaf photosynthetic efficiency.
