摘要
应用材料力学中的单位力法求回弹值的新理论,对管材压扁工艺的回弹量进行了分析计算,理论得出的结果与实际相符,可用于管材压扁中回弹量的计算预报。
In this paper,the new theory that the spring back calculated with Unit Load Method in mechanics of materials is applied in calculation of spring back in tube flatting pro- cess. The calculated results agree with the fact. So this method can be used in design of tube flatting process.
