盐酸法舒地尔治疗血管性痴呆45例

摘要 目的评价盐酸法舒地尔对血管性痴呆(VaD)的疗效,以及对VaD患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的影响。方法将VaD患者90例随机分为两组各45例,对照组给予盐酸川芎嗪注射液160 mg静脉滴注,qd,治疗组给予盐酸法舒地尔30 mg静脉滴注,bid。均治疗4周。治疗前后采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)进行评估,酶联免疫吸附法检测两组治疗前后血清IL-6、MMP-9浓度。结果与对照组比较,治疗组MMSE评分明显增高,ADL评分明显降低,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血清IL-6、MMP-9浓度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔能改善VaD患者认知功能及生活能力,其机制可能与抑制炎症反应过程,从而减轻继发性脑细胞损害有关。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of fasudil hydrochloride on patients with vascular dementia(VaD) and the changes of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) levels.Methods The total of 90 patients with VaD were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group(45 patients each).Patients in the control group were given with regular treatment.Patients in the treatment group were given with fasudil hydrochloride injection for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the cognitive function and daily living activities of patients were assessed with mini mental status examination(MMSE) and clinical dementia rate(CDR) scale.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the concentration of serum IL-6,MMP-9.Results To compare with the control group,the MMSE score was higher and the ADL score was lower in the treatment group(P0.05).The IL-6,MMP-9 levels in treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Fasudil hydrochloride is efficient to improve the cognitive function and living activities of patients with VaD,which may be associated with suppressing inflammatory and attenuating secondary injury to brain cells.
