强流脉冲电子束作用下40Cr表面性能的研究 被引量:1

Surface Properties of 40Cr Under High Current Pulsed Electron Beam

摘要 强流脉冲电子束照射下40Cr试样表面熔坑现象随照射次数的变化而改变。通过金相显微镜观察得到试样表面粗糙度随熔坑的变化趋势,同时观察截面的金相组织,分别测量不同照射次数下试样的表面与截面硬度,在此基础上分析照射次数对试样硬度的影响。采用摩擦磨损试验测试不同照射次数下试样的表面耐磨性能,结果表明经25次照射后试样磨痕宽度减小、磨损体积缩小。 Crater phenomenon on surface of 40Cr under high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) is varied with the change of pulse number. Variation trend of surface roughness following craters was obtained using metallo- graphic microscope. Meanwhile, surface and cross-sectional micro hardness of samples with different pulse numbers were measured, based on which the influence of pulse number on samplers hardness was analyzed. Wear resistance properties of samples after different HCPEB pulses were compared by friction and wear test, showing that the poli- shing scratch and wear volume were narrowed for 25 pulses by HCPEB.
