摘要
用四层对称轧制法制备了不同厚度比的不锈钢复合铝板,对不锈钢复合铝板的力学性能(σ0.2,σb和δ)、应变硬化指数(n)、塑性应变比(R)、凸耳系数(△R)、杯突值(IE)与厚度比的关系进行了研究.结果表明,随厚度比的增加,σ0.2,σb以及n值均增加,而δ值有所下降,但都不呈比例变化,即不符合混合规则。
Stainless steel clad aluminum sheets with different thickness ratios were prepared by four-layer symmetrical clad rolling. The relation between the mechanical propertie (σ0.2, σb, δ), strain hardening exponent (n), plastic strain ratio (R), ear coefficient (AR), cupping value (IE) and thickness ratio of stainless steel clad aluminum sheets has been studied. The results show that the tensile strength (σb), yield strength (σ0.2), strain hardening exponent (n) increase and elongation (δ) decease with the increase in the thickness ratio of stainless steel. But the above relation doesn't comply with the principle of super position.
