摘要
在连铸生产过程中 ,节距调整是克服铸锭缺陷的关键参数。SKJ技术 ,可以在其他工艺参数不变情况下 ,不须停机即可调至适合铸锭工艺的拉速、频率及其节距参数 ,生产出高纯度细晶粒铸件 ,并具有更换规格容易 。
The pitch adjustment is key parameter of overcoming ingot defects during production. SKJ technology can adjust appropriate drawing rate, frequency and pitch for ingot casting technology without stopping machine keeping other technological parameters not to be altered. High purified castings with refined grain are produced. SKJ technology has the advantages of convenient specification change and suitable multi piece casting.
