摘要 [目的]总结腰椎间盘突出症病人行经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的护理配合。[方法]对20例腰椎间盘突出症病人行经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术,同时加强护理配合。[结果]20例病人手术80min～180min,平均116min,无硬脊膜、神经根损伤及其他严重损伤,未出现椎间隙感染、切口感染、切口愈合不良和变态反应。[结论]加强腰椎间盘突出症病人行经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的护理配合,是手术成功的保证。
