摘要
中国人寿研发中心F-05地块(数据中心)工程劲性钢筋混凝土梁柱节点钢筋密集,连接形式复杂。施工中通过节点优化和减少穿过钢结构钢筋数量,增加了钢构件的有效截面。通过采取多种钢筋与钢骨连接方法、控制焊接质量、加强管理措施,使施工质量得到了保障。
In the China Life Center F-05 Block ( Data Center ) project, steel bars for rigid reinforced concrete beam-column node are dense and are connected in a complex form. During construction, effective section area of steel member is increased through optimization of node conservation and reduction of quantity of steel bars passing through steel structure. The construction quality is successfully ensured through adoption of multiple connection methods between steel bar and skeleton, control of welding quality and strengthening of management measures.
