摘要
中国人寿研发中心F-05地块(数据中心)工程四面环水,基槽最深部位达到了-23.400m,防水节点施工要求高,施工难度大。施工中在基础底板后浇带施工缝部位采用预埋全截面注浆管施工技术,较好地解决了因基坑体量大带来的地下室施工缝等薄弱环节防水质量控制难度大的问题,保证了地下室在后浇带部位的防水质量,同时提高了后浇带部位防渗漏应急补救能力,获得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。
China Life Center F-05 Block ( Data Center ) project is surrounded by water, the deepest part of trench reached -23.400 m, so the construction of waterproof node has high requirements and big difficulties. During construction, pre-embedded full section grouting pipe construction technique is adopted at construction joint of post-pouring belt on foundation bottom and difficulties in waterproof quality control at weak positions, such as construction joint at basement in big and deep foundation pit, are successfully solved to effectively ensure the waterproof quality at post-pouting belt position in basement. Meanwhile, emergency ability against leakage at post-pouring belt is improved and favorable social and economic benefits are obtained.
