摘要
基于政府机关信息报送的业务需求,提出安全信息报送业务的基本流程,探讨了基于安全平台的信息系统设计思路,给出了总体框架,同时对系统采用的关键技术进行了阐述。
According to the demands of information submitting in government agencies,the basic process of security information submission is introduced,the designing idea of information system based on security platform is discussed,an overall framework is given and the key technology in the system is described.
