摘要
宣蛰人软组织外科学提出人体椎管内外软组织无菌性炎症致痛学说，揭示了人体疑难痛症的发病机理及人体软组织压痛点的分布规律，创立了具有中国特色的压痛点推拿、银质针疗法、软组织松解术3种治疗软组织疼痛的方法。本文重点对这3种治疗方法的操作技术、注意事项、适应证及禁忌证进行介绍。
The pain theory of aseptic inflammation of soft tissue was advanced in Soft Tissue Surgery by XUAN Zhe-ren（宣蛰人）. The pathogenesis of soft tissue pain and the distribution rule of pressure pain points were revealed. The therapeutic methods of pressure pain point manipulative therapy, silver needle therapy and soft tissue release were set up. This article introduced the treatment methods, attention points, indications and contraindications of these three methods.
