摘要
吗啡、罗哌卡因、氟哌利多复合镇痛液硬膜外术后镇痛与硬膜外阻滞治疗输尿管结石症，先后有4例出现视物模糊、复视。未做处理，症状自行消失。
Four patients with blurred vision and diplopia were reported during postoperative epidural analgesia and epidural treatment for ureterolithiasis with morphine, ropivacaine and droperidol compound analgesic mixture. The symptoms were disappeared in a short time without treatment.
