摘要
立式水轮发电机的导轴承承受转动部件的径向力。测量出导轴承承受的径向力不仅可以了解其受力状况,还可知道机组的工作状况,而且可以用其来分析机组工作不良的原因,进而找出加以消除的方法。文中介绍了径向力测试的电测法及某电站3号机的测试结果,以及运用此方法对该电站2号机进行动平衡取得较为满意的结果。
Guide bearing of vertical hydrogenerator carries the radial force from its rotatory parts. Through measuring radial forces of guide bearing one could know not only its force carried, but also the working state of sets. Whereby can be analyzed the causes of sets, badly operated, then found up methods to eliminate them.The electrical measuring method for radial force, measuring results of set №3 for a power station, and more satisfied result obtained from dynamic. balance of set №2 for the same power station by the above-mentioned way are presented in this paper.
