摘要
针对某W火焰锅炉机组运行中无法满负荷运行以及高负荷燃烧不稳、运行氧量偏低的问题,通过技术分析找出原因,对可操作的W火焰锅炉二次风箱结构进行技术改造,保证了机组安全稳定运行。
ABSTRACT: In the light of some problems existing in the operation of units of W-firing boiler such as incapability of full- load operation, instability of high-load combustion and low oxygen in operation, finds the reasons through technical analysis, and makes the technical transformation for the structure of W-firing boiler' s secondary bellows for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
